Welcome to our FAQ page! We have gathered here the answers to the most frequently asked questions to help you organize and enjoy your stay in our campsite. From reservations to payments, rules and local attractions, you will find a lot of useful information.

General Information
For housing:
- Departures are at 10 am and arrivals are from 17 pm
For locations:
- Departures at 12h and arrivals at 14h
The Baie de St Pol campsite is open from May 1st to October 4th, 2026.
You can bring your own tent. We also accept caravans and motorhomes
Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite for an additional fee.
May 23 to July 4 and September 1 to 14:
- Accommodation: minimum 2 nights
- Pitches: minimum 1 night
From 5 July to 30 August:
- Accommodation & Pitches: stay of 7 nights minimum
In summer, arrivals are on Saturday for accommodation
Yes, there is a parking at the entrance of the campsite able to access all types of vehicles
Yes, the campsite has charging stations for electric vehicles
Yes, our friendly team speaks English and Spanish and we will be happy to help you in these languages
Reservations and Payments

We accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Bank transfers.
Cash payments at reception.
Cheques (to confirm your stay with a deposit; send them to our address: Rue de la grève du man, 29250 Saint-Pol-de-Leon
Holiday vouchers, both digital and physical.
Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required to confirm your reservation.
Our cancellation policy is as follows (simplified for your convenience):
More than 60 days before the start of your stay: Your deposit will be refunded, less the booking fee (30 € for accommodation, 19 € for pitches) and any cancellation insurance.
Between 60 and 15 days before the start of the stay: The entire deposit will be kept.
Less than 15 days before the start of the stay: The full amount of the stay will be charged.
You can also subscribe to our Cancellation Guarantee option at extra cost to get a refund under certain conditions. For more information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Changes to your booking (for example, dates or type of accommodation) can be requested in writing (email or letter) and are subject to availability. If the requested changes are not possible, the initial booking conditions will apply, or you can cancel your stay according to our cancellation policy

Rules
Yes, smoking is permitted on the campsite except in the following areas:
Inside the restaurant.
Around the swimming pool area.
Inside the mobile homes and other accommodations.
In the playground.
In all indoor communal facilities.
Yes, all our accommodations are pet-friendly. Pets are welcome for an additional €6 per day.
Pets must:
Be kept on a leash at all times.
Be supervised and never left unattended.
Be accompanied by their owners who will clean up after them.
Yes, campfires and gas or charcoal barbecues are permitted.
Electric barbecues are prohibited.
However, we urge you to be aware of the potential dangers associated with these activities.
Yes, from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. During these hours, we ask all guests to keep noise levels down to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
The gate is closed from 10:30 PM until 7:00 AM.
For anyone arriving late in the evening, please park outside the campsite.
Yes, day visitors are welcome upon presentation of their ID at reception.
Furthermore, if your guests are staying overnight, please inform reception so they can be added to your reservation and charged accordingly.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially around the swimming pool and play areas.
Please note that the pool is unsupervised. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Appropriate swimwear (no shorts or clothing) is required, and running or diving is prohibited.
Facilities and Services
Yes, pets are welcome at our campsite! All our accommodations are pet-friendly, and they are also allowed on the pitches. A supplement of €6 per day per pet applies. Pets must be kept on a leash, supervised at all times, and their waste must be picked up.
However, dogs are not allowed on the beaches during the season.
Yes, we have a lovely heated outdoor pool for your enjoyment. Please note that these areas are unsupervised and children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Electric bikes are also available for rent to explore the surrounding area in a different way
Yes, during July and August, our entertainment program offers a wide range of activities for children, including:
A mini-club for children aged 6 to 11, with creative workshops.

And for diving enthusiasts, there's a diving club offering all types of excursions just 400 meters from the campsite.
Year-round:

July and August:
Farmers' Market every Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Place de Guébriant, 29250 Saint-Pol-de-Léon
Special Requests and Additional Options
Yes, we offer baby kits for rent at €5 per night.
The kits include:
1 baby bathtub
1 crib
1 high chair
Yes, we offer bed linen kits.
The price is €18 per bed (single and double beds).
We also offer towel kits.
The price is €9 per kit (1 large and 1 small towel).
Yes, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is:
2-bedroom mobile home: €79
3-bedroom mobile home: €89
+€10 additional if the cleaning package is purchased on site.
If you do not wish to pay the cleaning fee, we kindly ask that you leave the mobile homes in the same clean condition as upon your arrival.
